The room included a good-sized TV and a comfortable sofa chair. There was also a heater. That was very useful. The toilet was clean. Staff were genuinely helpful.

The staff offered a warm welcome. The location is near Strood station, convenient. I found the bed comfortable, ensuring a restful night. It was appreciated. I found everything I needed in the room.

I noticed the pillows were substandard. I had to fold a towel to get proper support.

Really good Service and Clean Room.

I discovered convenient car parking was very close. Muhammad at reception gave a genuinely warm welcome. The hotel looked fresh and bright. The room matched online photos perfectly. The bathroom featured a roomy shower alongside miniature toiletries.

The television picture looked erratic. I suspected the nearby train line affected it. I could log into my Netflix account directly on the TV.

convenient location friendly staff tea facilities

the location was great. strood train station is directly across the street. i appreciated the friendly staff and smooth check-in process. the room had a tv, a kettle, and tea and coffee making facilities. i found the car park very close, about 20m away, at a rate of £7 for 18 hours.

the floor was uneven and creaky.

smart tv friendly accommodating staff good train location

The room included a smart TV. Staff was friendly. The location was good because of its proximity to the train station. I enjoyed the closeness to Strood Station, it made traveling easier.

The shower tap needed repair as it was coming apart during use. I reported it, but it was not fixed . This was only a minor inconvenience.

the room was clean and tidy i would stay there again. the staff were great they were attentive. the room was easy to access after hours

there was no hairdryer i felt this should be standard. the floor was uneven and creaky it was noticeable. the breakfast menu was unprofessional with things crossed out
